(Portland, OR)  --  A McMinnville man is dead following a crash in California.  Police say Jason William Paul crashed into a tractor-trailer on Interstate 5 near Bakersfield yesterday.  Police say he was struck by another vehicle when he got out of his car after the crash.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
