(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon is getting back 13-million dollars in tax credits for solar projects.  OregonLive reports that the state is accusing SolarCity of inflating the cost of 14 projects by more than 100-percent to qualify for bigger tax credits.  The settlement was announced yesterday morning after a two-year investigation.
