(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a Corvallis teen who died during a camping trip with his Boy Scouts troop.  Police say 16-year-old Nolan Grant Henderson died Saturday after falling from an embankment near Middle Rosary Lake in northern Klamath County.  Another teen was injured in the incident.  Authorities say the teens were trying to climb up the embankment when a rock gave away and Henderson lost his grip.
