(Portland, OR)  --  One person is injured following a shooting in northeast Portland.  Police say the shooting happened last night near Northeast 130th Place and Prescott Drive.  One person was hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to survive.  No arrests have been made, and an investigation is ongoing.
