(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are searching for a missing woman from Vancouver, Washington.  Police say 65-year-old Karen Pearson disappeared last night after walking away from her downtown Vancouver home.  Police say she has a mental health condition and doesn't have her necessary medication with her.  She's described as five-feet-five-inches tall and 200 pounds with shoulder-length hair and blue eyes.
