(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a suspect accused of shooting a family cat with a pellet gun.  Police say someone shot the cat Monday in the Sills Court neighborhood of Forest Grove.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police, who are investigating the case as felony animal abuse.
