(Portland, OR)  --  The "Prince of Sea Pups" is celebrating his first birthday at the Oregon Zoo.  The sea otter named Lincoln was treated with a frozen shrimp birthday cake yesterday morning.  Lincoln has become known for his lively squeaks and playful personality.  The pup was found as an orphaned otter, so his birthday was an educated guess by zookeepers.
