(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a bicyclist who was killed in a crash with another vehicle in southeast Portland.  Police say 52-year-old Pamela Seidel was riding her bike across Southeast 82nd Avenue Monday when a vehicle crashed into her.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.
