(Portland, OR)  --  A 42-year-old man is dead after a North Portland shooting on Friday.  Armond Harper was rushed to the hospital after being found at North Rosa Parks Way and Albina Avenue just before 10 a.m.  He died on Saturday.  Portland Police are still seeking a suspect who was last seen running north on North Mississippi Avenue.
