(Portland, OR)  --  A small-format Target is offering Portland residents something new.  The latest retail location is at the former AMF Bowling Center in the Southeast part of the city.  The store says they are tailoring the shopping experience for local residents in an urban setting.  Some of the iconic bowling alley memorabilia is left up around the store to allow shoppers to indulge in the nostalgia.
