(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a second burglary of a Portland auto shop.  A boulder was reportedly thrown through the entrance of Baxter Auto Parts early Saturday morning.  This is the second time the shop has been hit in four months.  Employees report they are out thousands of dollars in merchandise.
