(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is one of the American Cities Climate Challenge winners.  Bloomberg Philanthropies will now ensure the city has technical support and resources to further reduce carbon emissions.  It's part of a climate challenge to make cities more sustainable for future residents.  Portland could receive up to 2.5 million dollars as part of the honor.
