(Portland, OR)  --  Three people are injured after a multi-vehicle crash in Southeast Portland.  A tanker truck hauling carbon dioxide reportedly crashed into 12 vehicles on I-5 yesterday.  The truck then rolled over near a highway exit.  Portland Police say those injured in the incident are expected to survive.
