(Portland, OR) -- A 59-year-old man makes his first court appearance today in connection to a deadly stabbing in Portland's Old Town district. Police arrested Timothy Cato Friday for the stabbing death of Tyler Chism early Thursday morning. Police say officers found Chism dead near the intersection of Northwest 3rd Avenue and Everett Street. Cato is facing one charge of murder.
