(Portland, OR)  --  Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is pouring some money into the campaign against Measure 103.  The Oregonian reports that Bloomberg has donated one-and-a-half-million dollars to fight the passage of Measure 103.  That initiative on the November ballot would bar taxes on groceries, making soda taxes unconstitutional across the state.  As Big Apple mayor, Bloomberg tried unsuccessfully to ban super-sized sodas in that city.
