(Beaverton, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following a house fire in Beaverton.  Firefighters responded to a home on Lombard Avenue west of Highway 217 yesterday afternoon.  Fire officials say the blaze caused significant damage to the home.  An investigation is ongoing into how the fire started.
