(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a shooting in southeast Portland.  Police arrested 19-year-old Sir Charles M. Jones following the shooting Sunday on Southeast 148th Avenue.  Investigators believe Jones opened fire during an argument between two groups of people.  No injuries have been reported.
