(Salem, OR)  --  Ballots are pouring into the elections offices ahead of next week's November 6th election.  State election officials say that some 600-thousand voters have turned in their ballots during early voting, far ahead of the usual pace for a mid-term election.  More than 21-percent of Oregon's voters have voted early, beating out the 13-to-17-percent in the past three mid-terms.
