(Portland, OR)  --  The vote-by-mail deadline is approaching in Multnomah County.  Tomorrow is the last day to mail in a ballot to ensure it reaches the elections office by November 6th.  Voters who don't drop their ballot in the mail tomorrow will have to submit their ballot at a ballot dropbox or local elections office.
