(Undated)  --  Oregon residents have it pretty good when it comes to paying the utility bills.  Relocation company Move.org ranks Oregon with the seventh-lowest cost for utilities in the nation.  The Oregonian reports that it's due largely to inexpensive electricity and natural gas, but the state's high-priced internet isn't so bad that it offsets those bargains.
