(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are facing charges following a stabbing in the Old Town/Chinatown district.  Police responded to the area of Northwest Naito Parkway and West Burnside Street yesterday afternoon on reports of a disturbance.  Responding officers found a man suffering from a stab wound.  Officers tracked down Robert Fogelman and Nenita Gatlin in the area and arrested them.  Police say the victim is expected to survive.
