(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing DUII charges after allegedly crashing his SUV into three parked vehicles and a tree.  Police say it happened early yesterday morning in the Garden Home community.  Police say 39-year-old Noe Garnica was driving on Southwest Alden Street when he lost control and struck two cars parked in a driveway.  He then allegedly backed up and hit another car before crashing into a tree and coming to a stop.  Investigators say he was under the influence of both alcohol and drugs.
