(Portland, OR)  --  A suspicious death investigation is underway into the discovery of a woman's body in a field near St. Paul.  The Marion County Sheriff's Office says someone found the body yesterday morning in a field near Vachter Road Northeast and River Road Northeast.  The sheriff's office has ruled the death suspicious.  It's not yet clear how the woman died.
