(Klamath Falls, OR)  --  An employee at Crater Lake National Park is suing the Parks Service over his treatment at work.  OregonLive reports that Jamie Summers filed papers in Portland claiming that his co-workers have used slurs referencing his Native American heritage and his bosses did nothing about it.  Summers seeks two-million dollars in the defamation lawsuit.
