(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a California man who shot himself to death in Portland.  Authorities identified the 36-year-old from Modesto yesterday as Damon Davis.  He was wanted on a number of weapons and drug-related charges.  ATF agents were trying to arrest him over the weekend when he killed himself.
