(Baton Rouge, LA)  --  Oregon is now the only state to allow split-verdict jury decisions.  The Oregonian reports that voters in Louisiana approved a constitutional amendment that ends non-unanimous convictions.  Oregon juries can convict a defendant on a 10-to-2 vote, although murder convictions require full agreement.
