(Portland, OR)  --  One person is hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Gresham.  Police say the pedestrian was crossing East Burnside near Southeast 53rd Avenue last night when the car struck them.  Officers say the pedestrian was not using a crosswalk.  The driver reportedly stayed at the scene.
