(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to an assault that left a man seriously injured along the Portland waterfront.  Police say 38-year-old Jon Moudy assaulted a man yesterday afternoon near the grounds of Portland's Saturday Market.  Responding officers reportedly arrived to find a group of good Samaritans helping the victim, who was rushed to a hospital with significant injuries.
