(Portland, OR)  --  Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward for information on an unsolved homicide from three years ago.  Police say 19-year-old Dalton Marshall from Vancouver was shot and killed on November 12th in 2015.  Police found his body near North Bruce Avenue and Hudson Street and are still searching for a suspect.  A cash reward of up to 25-hundred dollars is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
