(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is dead after being struck by a car in northeast Portland.  Police say the woman was walking near Northeast Airport Way and 138th Avenue last night when a car crashed into her.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
