(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a homicide near a saloon on Southeast Stark Street.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers responded to the Dream On Saloon just before 2:00 this morning on reports of shots fired.  Responding officers found a man dead on the sidewalk.  Police are still searching for suspects.
