(Portland, OR) -- Portland police say they made half a dozen arrests at a rally organized by an offshoot of the alt-right group Patriot Prayer over the weekend. Police say the rally called "Him Too" at Terry Schrunk Plaza Saturday was mostly peaceful but that some confrontations took place between attendees and counter-protesters after the speeches ended. Police arrested six people on charges that included interfering with a peace officer, harassment and disorderly conduct.
