(Undated)  --  Nearly 100-thousand-pounds of ground beef is being recalled because of possible E. coli contamination.  The USDA says the recall affects bulk ground beef sold by Utah-based Swift Beef in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada and Utah.  There have been no confirmed reports of illness from anyone eating the beef.
