(Portland, OR)  --  Police are calling the death of a woman whose body was found under the Morrison Bridge suspicious.  Police say the woman was found dead near a homeless camp on Southwest 1st Avenue last night.  Police found multiple shell casings around the woman and determined that she had suffered a head wound, but it's not yet clear how she died.
