(Salem, OR)  --  Three Democrats will head up Oregon's Ways and Means Committee next year.  The Oregonian reports that the Senate has appointed co-chairs Betsy Johnson of Scappoose and Elizabeth Steiner Hayward of Beaverton.  State Representative Dan Rayfield of Corvallis will chair for the House.  Ways and Means will be tasked with writing Oregon's budget in 2019.
