(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of vandalizing an ATM in Oregon City.  Police say the man smashed a screen on the ATM at the Bank of America on Molalla Avenue Friday.  He's described as a white man with a trimmed beard and a tattoo of the word "first" in cursive on his left hand.
