(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to a string of broken windows downtown.  Police responded to the area of Southwest 5th Avenue and Southwest Taylor Street early Saturday morning on reports of a man breaking windows at nearby businesses.  Police arrested 43-year-old Gustave G. Page on seven counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
