(Portland, OR)  --  A group of apartment tenants in southeast Portland are threatening to withhold their rent until management completes repairs to the complex.  About 100 tenants at Wimbledon Square apartments visited their apartment's management yesterday with a list of demands.  The tenants say their units are full of mold and that their water gets shut off with little or no warning.
