(Portland, OR)  --  Portland motorists could face a 200-dollar fine if their cars block leaf collectors.  The city announced yesterday that people have until 6:00 tomorrow morning to move their street-parked vehicles in the Rose City. Alameda and Pearl District areas.  OregonLive reports that the 201-dollar towing charge gets worse by the day, as 27 bucks is added for each day the vehicle is impounded.
