(Portland, OR)  --  JetBlue is looking into the circumstances surrounding the emergency landing of one of its flights at Portland International Airport.  Authorities say the New York-bound flight returned to the airport shortly after takeoff last night due to a possible problem with one of the plane's tires.  The plane landed safely just before midnight.  JetBlue says it's investigating.
