(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for the owner of a stolen trailer loaded with steel pipes.  The Portland Police Bureau says they recently recovered the stolen 20-foot dual-axel trailer.  It's loaded with stainless welded steel pipe measuring 20 feet by ten inches in diameter.
