(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a shooting in the Woodburn area.  Police arrested 24-year-old Norberto Josue Martinez yesterday in Medford.  He's accused of shooting and injuring a 19-year-old in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street.
