(Portland, OR) -- A Portland Police officer and Clackamas County sheriff's deputy are escaping charges in connection to the shooting injury of a man in southeast Portland. A Grand Jury has determined the two should not face criminal charges for the shooting of 20-year-old Jason Hansen October 19th. Police opened fire on him after he allegedly shot at them following a police chase. He survived with injuries and was booked into jail after being treated at a hospital.
