(Portland, OR)  --  A 21-year-old man is dead after crashing his car into a tree in Lake Oswego.  Police say Zachary Heitman-Allen was driving on Westview Drive at Park Avenue early Wednesday morning when he crashed.  Responding officers found him trapped inside his vehicle.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
