(Portland, OR) -- A Cornelius man is facing charges after allegedly opening fire on his neighbor's home during a New Year celebration. Police arrested 46-year-old Juan Humberto Garfias-Campus for the incident just after midnight yesterday. Police say a resident on South Dogwood Place called 9-1-1 saying her neighbor was firing shots at her home from his backyard. Responding officers found several bullets that had penetrated the house's back wall and at least two bullets that entered the home. No injuries were reported.
