(Gladstone, OR)  --  A suspected drunk driver is in jail after allegedly crashing into a cop car and injuring an officer south of Portland.  The Oregonian reports that 29-year-old Andrew Allen was arrested early yesterday morning with a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.  He had allegedly slammed into a state cruiser during a traffic stop near McLoughlin Boulevard and Arlington Street in Gladstone.  An Oregon State Police trooper got a few minor cuts but no one else was hurt.
