(Portland, OR) -- A 20-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a Hillsboro woman's apartment and sexually assaulting her at knifepoint. KATU News reports Gabriel Moscote-Saavedra was indicted yesterday on several charges. Police say he broke into a woman's apartment at Sunset Garden apartments on Southeast 13th Avenue in the early morning hours of December 2nd and assaulted her. Police arrested him on December 19th.
