(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead after being struck by a car on Highway 97 in Klamath County.  Police say 37-year-old David Ralphs-Thomason was in the highway's northbound lanes Wednesday night when a car crashed into him.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
