(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Air National Guard is welcoming its first female commander.  Brigadier General Donna Prigmore assumed command of the Oregon Air National Guard Saturday during a change of command ceremony at the Anderson Readiness Center in Salem.  Prigmore is replacing outgoing commander Brigadier General James Kriesel, who is scheduled to deploy to Africa in support of joint operations.
