(Portland, OR) -- A federal fugitive is behind bars after allegedly crashing a stolen car into a parked vehicle in Gresham. Police say officers arrested Samuel Jebediah Graziano Saturday morning after using a K9 unit to track him down. Graziano was wanted on a nationwide felony warrant.
